Always Home monthly rates are dependant upon the number of guests and the length of stay.  Rates start at $1375 (1 bedroom duplex – long term) to $2975 (Executive 4 bedroom, 2 story single-family house with attached garage).

Each monthly rate is all-inclusive and comprises of :

• All utilities (Heat, Water)
  
• Electric
• Cable or Satellite TV
• Wireless Internet
• Telephone (with unlimited long distance in North America)

There are no bills coming to your address. We take care of all costs with the exception of cleaning.

Weekly, bi-weekly and move-out cleans can be set up prior to move-in and incorporated into your lease agreement or cleaning may be set up after your move-in. We refer experienced, local companies.

Typical rates start at:

1 bedroom     $1375

2 bedroom     $1475

3 bedroom     $1975

4 bedroom     $2400

5 bedroom     $2775

Short term:      1  - 3 months

Mid range:       4 – 6 momths

Longterm:        1 year   ( rate discounted on the 6th and 12th month).

There is a $1000 security deposit requested  on all stays.  This deposit secures the property for you and is held in a separate account and returned in full at the end of your stay provided the home is left in the same move-in condition as when you entered into the agreement.  You may also pre-arrange that  that a move-out clean be taken off the security deposit once you have reviewed and agreed upon the cleaning quote.

Once you move into the home -  it is yours. If you have a signed rental contract for 3 months, but then discover you need an extra two months, the home is yours! All we need is your one month notice in advance that you will be staying longer.

Always Home accepts Visa or Mastercard, post-dated cheques, and email money transfers.
